Our 3D printing technologies
FDM, also called fused deposition modelling,
is robust, cost-effective and ideal for functional prototypes, fixtures, and medium-run series parts. The wide range of materials allows for the creation of both: simple models and durable components.
A special highlight at easy3D: Our tulti tool printers with which we can combine up to five materials in one component - perfect for complex requirements and individual solutions.

SLA enables extremely detailed 3D prints with exceptionally smooth surfaces – ideal for design models, prototypes and delicate parts. Extremely fine layer resolution allows for the creation of complex geometries that would be difficult to achieve using traditional processes. SLA is perfect for applications where surface quality and detail are crucial .

DLP is a light-based process for high-precision prints with excellent surface quality. A particular note is our maximum volume, which allows even larger models to be produced in a single piece. DLP is ideal for detailed models, sample parts, and small series where precision and fine structures are crucial.

MJF
Multi Jet Fusion
MJF is one of the most powerful powder coating processes for robust and functional components with very high levels of detail and mechanical strength. Ideal for series production, functional prototypes and complex geometries.
We do not carry out MJF projects in-house, but we reliably coordinate production through our partner and take over complete project management.

Good mechanical properties, high chemical resistance, carbon fiber reinforced possible, recyclable
Impact- and break-resistant, UV-resistant, free from plasticizers / silicones / oils / halogen, shore hardness A98 and D58 possible
Excellent mechanical properties, high chemical resistance, temperature and weather resistant, carbon fiber reinforced possible
